Allen Tate Company Welcomes Vickie Kessinger and Team to Rock Hill Office

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (November 28, 2011) –Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, is pleased to welcome Realtor Vickie Kessinger and her team, The Kessinger Group, to the Allen Tate Rock Hill office at 1602 Ebenezer Road in Rock Hill.

A Rock Hill native, Kessinger is an award-winning top producer with more than 27 years of residential real estate experience in the Rock Hill area. She is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and has earned the Certified Buyer Representative and e-Pro designations and Mortgage Counselor Certification. She is also a graduate of the Real Estate Dynamic Course and was named Fannie Mae’s most valuable representative for South Carolina.

An active volunteer, Kessinger is a member of board of directors and a past board chair of the Children’s Attention Home; a sustainer member of the Museum of York County; a member of the Rock Hill Shag Club and the North Rock Hill Church; and a certified scuba diver.

Allen Tate Company Names Sybil Brindel Branch Leader of Fort Mill Office

Allen Tate Senior VP Phyllis Brookshire Named to Raleigh Chamber Board of Directors

RALEIGH, N.C. More than $1.17 Million Raised by Allen Tate FUNDay

Annual fundraiser benefits public education across the Carolinas

 

Charlotte, N.C. (October 24, 2011) –More than $1.17 million has been raised to date through FUNDay, Allen Tate Company’s annual fundraiser to benefit public education.

For the past 14 years, Allen Tate Realtors from across the company’s footprint in the Carolinas have gathered each fall to to raise money for public education organizations in their local communities. This year, Allen Tate doubled the fun and held two regional FUNDay events for the first time – October 4 at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. and October 6 at Pine Lake Pavillion in Mebane, N.C.

Citywide scavenger hunt returns to Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 3, 2011) – Carolina Panthers fans will soon be on the loose again, showing their spirit for the home team and their enthusiasm for social media as they race through the Queen City.

The Carolina Panthers and title sponsor Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, are partnering to present the 2nd Annual Panthers Purrsuit, a one-day, citywide scavenger hunt. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, October 29, from 1-5 p.m.

Allen Tate Company Names Robin Hill Putnam Branch Leader of High Point and Asheboro Offices

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (September 19, 2011) –Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Robin Hill Putnam as branch leader for the company’s High Point office at 1814 Eastchester Drive and Asheboro office at 161 N.C. Highway 42 North, Suite E.

In her new role, Putnam will oversee branch operations for two offices, as well as management and training of more than 45 Allen Tate agents and staff.

A native of High Point, Putnam has more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Triad region. She began her career as a leasing agent in Greensboro, later moving into new construction sales and general brokerage, most recently as owner/broker of her own real estate company. She is a member of the High Point Regional Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and has served as secretary/treasurer of the Triad Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She holds professional designations as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP).

Allen Tate Company Names Sandra O’Connor Branch Leader of Green Valley Office

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (September 6, 2011) –Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Sandra O’Connor as branch leader for the company’s Greensboro/Green Valley office at 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro.

O’Connor is a distinguished career professional with more than 25 years of real estate experience, including owner of her own firm, Sandra O’Connor and Associates. She joined Allen Tate Company in 2005. She is an active contributor to professional real estate organizations, serving in a variety of leadership roles including 2009 president of North Carolina Association of Realtors and 2001 president of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as an art teacher, paralegal and law librarian.
