CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 28, 2012) – Allen Tate Mortgage Services announces the appointment of Rick Babusci as senior mortgage consultant in the company’s Concord office.
In his new position, Babusci will work with mortgage applicants on new home loans and mortgage refinancing.
A native of Pittsburgh, Babusci has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 23 years, with the majority of that time with a national home builder.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 10, 2012) – Allen Tate Mortgage Services announces the appointment of Charles “Chip” Bremer, Jr. as senior mortgage consultant in the company’s Gastonia office.
In his new position, Bremer will work with mortgage applicants on new home loans and mortgage refinancing.
A native of New York, Bremer has worked in mortgage lending for 22 years, and has also worked in the securities industry.
“Chip is experienced in working with clients who are buying their first home, as well as sophisticated investors who own multiple properties,” said Chris Cope, president of Allen Tate Mortgage Services. “What makes him exceptional is his ability to provide personalized service and timely insight to his clients.”

“Charlotte’s come a long way since hitting the bottom of the housing market, which happened in October 2010 for Allen Tate. That year, Allen Tate ended the year with 12,266 closings.
We expect to end 2012 with 15,500 closings, an improvement of 20% over 2011, and a return to 2008 levels. In 2012, we have seen an average of 55 sales and 43 closings per day. Home prices really stabilized locally. I’ve never seen a year that was so steady.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 17, 2012) – Allen Tate Mortgage Services announces the appointment of Dani Easter as mortgage loan officer serving the Upstate region.
In her new position, Easter will work with mortgage applicants in Greenville, Easley, Greer and surrounding areas on new home loans and mortgage refinancing, specializing in VA, FHA and Rural Development loans.
Easter’s professional career includes more than 20 years in residential mortgage services, including positions as a loan processor, loan officer and manager of a branch office with 12 employees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University.
Realtors® host Toys for Tots event
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (December 13 2012) – The big guy in the red suit came to Huntersville on December 8 to help the Allen Tate Realtors® office toy drive.
Santa Claus was on hand at the Allen Tate Huntersville branch for the location’s annual Toys for Tots drive. The event was held on Saturday, December 8, from noon to 4 p.m. Participants were asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to a deserving child in the community.
“We are very excited to have Santa come help us this year, and even more excited to help Santa to provide a toy for every child on his list,” said Allen Tate Huntersville branch leader Tracey Stehle.
