Carolinas’ #1 real estate company earns 17th Crown of Excellence Award
Allen Tate Companies were recently honored at the 2017 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) Conference, held February 27-March 5 at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Fla.
Allen Tate received the Crown of Excellence Award for the 17th time. The Crown is awarded to the member firm with the highest point total earned from performance ranking within their company-size category.
In addition, Allen Tate took home the Award of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production and the Award of Excellence for Outgoing Sales Production for firms with 500 or more associates. The company also received the Top 5 Closing Award and the Momentum Club Award.
Allen Tate also received five marketing awards, including Consumer Materials, 1st place; Company Brand and Property Advertising, 3rd place; Internal Promotions, 2nd place; Luxury Portfolio Marketing, 1st place; and Video, 2nd place. The company was also received the Institute Outstanding Participation Award for the large broker category (500+ agents).

Allen Tate Companies President and CEO Pat Riley, who is completing a two-year term as chairman of the board of directors of LeadingRE, presided over the week-long conference.
