Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Wendi Hensel as branch leader of the company’s new Wesley Chapel office at 6330 Weddington Road, Suite A-2.
In her new role, Hensel will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 25 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Hensel has worked with Allen Tate for more than 17 years, where she most recently served as a regional career counselor. She has also held positions as Home Services sales and marketing manager, real estate broker and business development manager for Allen Tate Relocation. Prior to working with Allen Tate, she worked as an event coordinator for several organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Eastern Illinois University.
Hensel is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. She also serves on the board of directors for Matthews Alive, in the role of non-profit coordinator for the festival.
“Wendi’s career with Allen Tate has touched so many areas – real estate, recruitment, and our Family of Companies services. I can’t think of a better base of experience to prepare her for this new role as branch leader at Wesley Chapel,” said Pat Riley, Allen Tate Companies president and CEO.
Hensel has made her home in Matthews since 1995, where she lives with her two children, Natalie and William and three dogs. She enjoys walking the greenway, watching her children play sports and spending time with family and friends.
