In her new role, Mouton will train, manage and mentor more than 25 agents and staff.
Mouton has more than 11 years of real estate experience and has served as sales manager of the Allen Tate Cary-Searstone office since January 2014. She also has extensive business marketing and consulting experience.
An active volunteer, Mouton donates her time to various school and community events throughout the year.

Mouton and her husband, Dwight, reside in Cary with their three children. She enjoys nature photography, blogging and spending time entertaining family and friends.
