Members of the York County Regional Chamber turned out to network and officially cut the ribbon on the new office in the heart of Rock Hill’s retail corridor.
The August 28 event, which was co-sponsored by Texas Roadhouse, offered an opportunity for Chamber members to make new business connections and learn about Allen Tate, while enjoying delicious food and beverages.
The flex-space office, established as a satellite location to accommodate agents based out of the Allen Tate office at 1602 Ebenezer Road, opened for business in late June.
“In business, there are two big challenges: getting started and managing growth. In Rock Hill, growth is a good problem to have. After 21 years as the leading real estate company in the area, Allen Tate has opened a second location to serve its growing population of agents and clients,” said Colleen Coesens, branch leader and broker-in-charge of Allen Tate’s Rock Hill offices.
Allen Tate Realtors is the Carolinas’ largest real estate company, leading in listings and sales volume. Allen Tate Company operates 40 branches in the Charlotte, Triad, Triangle and Upstate South Carolina regions.
