Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Stephanie Gossett as area manager of the company’s Lake Norman region.
In her new position, Gossett will oversee operations and management for four offices, including Huntersville, Mooresville, Lake Norman and Davidson. She is also responsible for branch operations, agent recruiting and retention, branch growth and market share as branch leader of the Allen Tate Lake Norman and Davidson offices.

Gossett has worked with the Allen Tate Company for 15 years of her 18-year real estate career, including 11 years as a top agent and four years as a branch leader. During her real estate career with Allen Tate, she has earned the prestigious Master’s Circle, President’s Club and Chairman’s Circle awards. She also holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation, the highest credential awarded to managers in the residential real estate field.
Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a print journalist. She holds a B.A. in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Gossett currently serves as a director for the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and the North Carolina Association of Realtors. She has also served as co-chair of Realtors Care Day, on the CRRA Nominating Committee and as a director for the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service.
Gossett and her husband, Mark, live in Lake Norman with their daughter, Ava Mae.
