Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Nancy Radtke as branch leader and broker-in-charge of the company’s North Elm office at 303-C Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro.
In her new role, Radtke will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 30 Allen Tate agents and staff.
Radtke has worked as an award-winning Allen Tate Realtor® since 2001 in the company’s Green Valley office and holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. She is a member and 2013 president of the Greensboro Regional Association of Realtors and serves on the Policy, Procedures and Bylaws Committee. She is a member of the Triad Multiple Listing Service (MLS), North Carolina Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
She also serves on the board of directors for ArtsGreensboro and is a member of the Greensboro Cultural Center Commission.
Prior to her real estate career, Radtke was a design and merchandising director for premier fashion brands including Marissa Christina, Ruff Hewn, Calvin Klein, Levi Strauss and VF Corporation divisions.
She holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a certificate in fine arts appraisal studies from New York University.
