Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lind Goodman as a sales manager for Builder Services Inc. (BSI), the company’s new home sales and marketing division.
Established and operating in the Charlotte region since 1987, BSI represents local, regional and national builders and developers in the sales and marketing of new home communities. Goodman will manage new construction sales teams for AV Homes, H&H Homes, Peachtree Residential Properties, Evans Coghill at Riverwalk, and River Run at Davidson.
Goodman brings more than 20 years of real estate and new construction expertise to BSI. She has held numerous sales, management and training positions with top homebuilders and developers in the Charlotte region throughout her career, including 10 years with BSI from 1994 to 2004.
Her professional awards and recognition include National Association of Home Builders Sales Manager of the Year, Top Builder Sales Manager, and Salesperson of the Year.
She is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina; and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, North Carolina Realtor Association, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and Charlotte Multiple Listing Service.
A native of Rock Hill, S.C., Goodman holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Winthrop University, with a minor in management.
