Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Diane Wolfe as branch leader of the company’s Providence@485 office at 10851 Providence Road in Charlotte and its New Town Road office at 1532 Providence Road South, Suite 230, in Waxhaw.
In her new role, Wolfe will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 75 Allen Tate agents and staff. She replaces Lyn Kessie, who recently retired.
Wolfe is an award-winning Realtor® with more than 25 years of real estate and construction experience. She joined the Allen Tate Company in 2005, working as a broker in the Blakeney office. In 2008, she was named sales manager of the company’s Ballantyne office and in 2010, was named sales manager of the Providence@485 office. In February 2013, she was also appointed sales manager of the company’s newest location at New Town Road.
She holds a bachelors degree in marketing with a minor in visual arts from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and has studied architecture abroad at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
An active community member, Wolfe volunteers with Mitey Riders, a theraputic horseback riding farm that serves disabled children.

Wolfe and her husband, Dion, reside in Marvin. They have two sons, Michael and James. She enjoys reading, horseback riding and attending sports and performing arts events.
