Phyllis York Brookshire, senior vice president, Allen Tate Realtors®, was a featured speaker at Tomorrow’s Real Estate, a Triangle Business Journal panel discussion held July 31 at CAM Raleigh, 409 West Market Street.
More than 150 business leaders attended the breakfast event, which featured a panel of experts representing residential and commercial real estate interests in the Triangle.
“It’s an exciting time again for real estate in the Triangle. We’ll continue to see market stabilization and improvement as home values increase, lending becomes easier and new construction bounces back,” said Brookshire.
In addition to Brookshire, panelists included Bob Geolas, president and CEO, Research Triangle Foundation; Mike Munn, vice president, McAdams; Ford Robertson, senior partner, Kilpatrick Townsend; and James Sauls, director, Raleigh Economic Development.
Events sponsors included Allen Tate Realtors, Kilpatrick Townsend, McAdams, Technology Solutions and CAM Raleigh.
