CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 15, 2013) – Allen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Stephanie Fessel as Director of Professional Development.
In her new role, Fessel will oversee training and leadership development programs for Allen Tate Realtors®, leadership and staff, including the company’s exclusive Winner’s Edge training program for new agents.
A career sales trainer and former retail manager, Fessel has enjoyed a highly successful real estate career since 2001, most recently serving as Director of Career Development for a national franchise brokerage firm. She is the creator of Momentum Sales Academy™, a training and coaching program focused on helping both real estate and sales professionals gain momemtum in their career and achieve maximum results.
She holds a bachelor of science degree in human resources management from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Integrity Coach and also holds the ePro and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) professional designations.
An active and engaged industry professional, Fessel serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association; is former chair of the Education Advisory Group; has served on the Rules and Regulations Committee and as a NOVA Training Program Instructor for the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association; and has served on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). She is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Educators Association and the Council for Residential Specialists. She is an active member, volunteer, and leads a women’s group each week at Elevation Church in Charlotte.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Fessel has lived in Charlotte since 1998. She and her husband, Dennis, reside in the University area. They have three children, a son-in-law actively serving in the United States Army; and one grandchild. She enjoys running, eating Mexican food, wine, and spending time at her vacation home in North Myrtle Beach.
