Exclusive event targeted agents who sell homes at $750,000 and above
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 15, 2012) – Marketing luxury homes and working with the luxury client is a growing segment of the real estate business. On October 11, more than 90 Allen Tate agents in the Charlotte region refined their knowledge of tips, tools and technology targeted especially to luxury buyers and sellers at the Allen Tate Luxury Real Estate Symposium.
The invitation-only event, held at the Foundation of the Carolinas office in Charlotte, attracted Allen Tate agents like Anita Sabates, based in the company’s Lake Norman office.
“The luxury event was informative and inspirational. While we have had access to the Luxury Home Portfolio for years, I truly did not understand the worth of their marketing until this presentation,” said Sabates. “Now, I will be able to explain this incredible tool to my potential luxury clients, and I believe it will set me and the Allen Tate Company apart from our ‘boutique’ competitors.”
Stephanie Pfeffer, executive vice-president of Luxury Portfolio International™, was keynote speaker. Allen Tate Senior Vice President Phyllis Brookshire also presented. The event was co-sponsored by Luxury Portfolio International, a division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, and Pure Insurance, a high-value home insurance carrier.
