Organizations receive $53,000 from company’s Annual Cultural Campaign
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 2, 2012)– In the spirit of generously giving back to the communities it serves, Allen Tate Realtors® and employees recently contributed more than $53,000 to local arts and cultural programs through its Annual Cultural Campaign.
“Vibrant arts, science and cultural programs enhance the quality of life of a community,” said Pat Riley, president and chief operating officer, Allen Tate Company.
“Our Realtors and employees understand that their support helps drive the economic engine. Rich cultural experiences and exceptional education attract new businesses. Businesses create jobs, and employed individuals buy homes and help the economy grow.”
Since 2003, Allen Tate Realtors and employees have contributed more than $828,000 to the arts through its Annual Cultural Campaign. The program currently supports 20 local arts and cultural organizations in the Charlotte, Triad, Triangle and Upstate South Carolina regions.
The Cultural Campaign is one of Allen Tate Company’s three annual giving initiatives. Realtors throughout the Carolinas also support the United Way and public education through the company’s annual FUNday event.
