Charlotte, N.C. (May 21, 2012) –Curious what homes are selling for in your neighborhood? Now homeowners – and those in the market to buy or sell a home in Cleveland County now have access to sold homes data.
Sold homes data for the Cleveland County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is available via the Allen Tate Company’s interactive search feature, TateMap, on allentate.com. TateMap allows consumers to view “for sale” homes on a map, in conjunction with sold homes, providing a more complete snapshot of the local real estate market.
This information is also available via Market Report, Allen Tate’s free monthly e-mail report customized by neighborhood. Market Report is designed to help homeowners understand recent home sales, what’s on the market, average sale price and days on the market. Each issue of Market Report includes an active link to TateMap.
“Sold homes data is valuable to buyers to determine what homes are selling for in their desired neighborhood, and to sellers who are looking to price their homes competitively,” said Mark Eaker, branch leader of the Allen Tate offices in Shelby and Kings Mountain. “Data may also be of interest to consumers not currently looking to buy or sell to better understand market trends and activity for future planning.”
