LAS VEGAS, N.V. (March 22, 2011) – Allen Tate Company President/COO Pat Riley and Senior Vice-President Phyllis Brookshire were featured speakers at the 2011 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) conference held March 8-10, 2011, at the Cosmopolitan Resort in Las Vegas.
More than 800 top real estate brokers, managers, relocation professionals, sponsors and guests from the U.S. and eight countries around the world attended the conference. Participating LeadingRE brokerages represent a significant share of the U.S. real estate market, with annual sales production of more than $250 billion.
The week-long series of four conferences in one boasted a noteworthy line-up of more than 150 speakers, who addressed a broad range of topics relating to real estate management, technology, marketing and business development.

Riley participated in the main conference panel discussion “Insights from Leaders” along with other top LeadingRE brokers from Arizona, Wisconsin, Texas and Florida. Brookshire shared insights on “Recruiting and Retention: What’s Working” as part of the pre-conference Sales Manager Leadership Symposium. She was joined by LeadingRE colleagues from Connecticut, Florida and New York.
