Cathie Campbell Named BSI Sales Manager

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (March 14, 2011) – Allen Tate Company (www.allentate.com) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cathie Campbell as a sales manager for Builder Services Inc. (BSI), the company’s new home sales and marketing division.

Established and operating in the Charlotte region since 1987, BSI represents local, regional and national builders and developers in the sales and marketing of new home communities. Campbell will manage the Bonterra Builders sales team.

Campbell brings more than 30 years of real estate and new construction expertise to BSI. She has held various positions in Pennsylvania and since 1989 in the Carolinas, where she has focused exclusively on working with top builders and developers. Through her affiliation with these companies, she has either sold or directly supervised sales in excess of $500 million dollars in new homes sales volume.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders and the National Sales and Marketing Council, and she holds the following professional designations: GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing), and CAASH (Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing).

Campbell’s many awards and achievements include Lifetime Member Circle of Excellence for the CCRA (Central Carolinas Realtors Association) and Lifetime Member of the National Sales and Marketing Council Sales Manager’s Million Dollar Circle.

An active industry and community volunteer, Campbell recently served as co-chair of the 2010 MAME awards sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte (HBA). In January, she was appointed to the Sales and Marketing Council Board of HBA and will chair the 2011 HBA Parade of Homes.
